Patrick F Kehoe
Chair, Science Advisory Board

With over 30 years of experience as a business owner and entrepreneur, Patrick has founded and successfully built several organizations, primarily in the civil engineering sector. Beyond his professional achievements, Patrick has also been a committed servant to his community, serving as a City Councilor.

In 2020, Patrick amalgamated ECO Systems Inc. and ECO Earth Sciences Inc. Patrick has leveraged his professional and political experience with the innovative capabilities of his now unified organization into a mission-specific organization focused on developing cutting- edge technologies to address environmental contamination and C02 reduction initiatives.

Patrick is President and CEO of ECO Earth Sciences Inc.

Dr. Edwin Safari
Nanotechnology

Dr. Edwin Safari is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a sessional lecturer at the Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences University of Toronto. 

Dr. Safari is the inventor of GRAFTA™, a first-of-its-kind unique nano-graphene-based adsorbent for environmental remediation and wastewater treatment. 

Dr. Safari is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Grafta Nanotech Inc.

Chris Athmer P.E.
Electrokinetic Remediation

For over 40 years as an Environmental and Research Engineer, Chris has designed and developed a variety of innovative electrokinetic based remediation systems as well as overseeing environmental site investigations and feasibility studies.  

Chris’s earlier work involved development of the Lasagna electrokinetic soil remediation process with Monsanto, GE and DuPont, culminating in the very successful full scale implementation at the DOE facility in Paducah. 

A graduate of the University of Dayton (BS Chemical Engineering) Chris has been featured in many publications on the subject of electrokinetic based remediation. Chris is a Sr. Environmental Engineer at Terran Corporation in Dayton OH

Noel Munson
Non-Thermal Plasma Remediation

Noel is a serial entrepreneur and executive supported by a 30-year background in product development, technology startup and strategic visioning.

Noel has launched numerous technology lines-of-business where he has achieved many market firsts including the introduction of institution-scale solar power to the Virginia electricity market, and the commercialization of emerging non-thermal plasma chemical synthesis technologies. 


Noel has received numerous awards for innovation at the state, national, and global levels. He is a frequent public speaker- most recently leading a series of workshops at Ubiquity University on the societal and political implications of artificial intelligence. 

Noel holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Franklin University, and is a fellow at the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership. Noel is CEO and Founder of Redhill Scientific.

Ernesto Montenero 
Solar Remediation System - Design/Engineering

Ernesto Montenero and his team of engineers have designed and installed hundreds of successful in situ solar remediation systems of every discipline in addition to remotely accessible, programmable control and instrument panels. 


Their solutions have been used on a variety of facilities including the NASA Kennedy Space Center,, The US Navy facilities at Alameda Point and they have been identified, featured and published by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Green Remediation Best Management Practices. 


Ernesto and his Company have addressed the green remediation of the needs of many of the leading Engineering firms for over 20 years.
